Online dating is now a part of everyday life for millions of people. It is the largest single way in which relationships start in the UK, US and the world today. Online dating businesses serve the public when they are looking for new relationships, romance, love and the possibility of a new and lasting partnership.

The ODA was set up in 2002 by a number of industry players who saw the need for the industry to step up and take responsibility for setting and maintaining standards for Online Dating. 

The Association will have an important and traditional role as a trade body – ensuring the sector is properly represented so that it has a stronger voice with Government, regulators, the media, financial service providers, social networks and others.

If you currently Member of any of our Affiliate Programs And Members and have a paid subscription and want to make sure you're not charged at the end of your term, you'll need to resign/cancel your subscription. To do this please follow the instruction on the first page.

Note: The card must be valid and active and must have a balance to cancel all the subscriptions. All services rendered by ODA is Free of Charge by the compliance of consumer contract regulation of 2013

WHY CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION IS IMPORTANT

This Condition is binding documents which govern your use of our Partners Services (e.g. Amoory, Badoo, DatingbookSingle,SexMessenger BeNaughty, Match, etc) and our provision of these services to you. You are advised to read these carefully; this will help ensure that they contain everything you require and that there is nothing within them that you are not prepared to agree to. If they contain anything that you are not willing to agree with then your only course of redress is not to use any of the services offered by any of our Partners.

This section applies to you if you are a "consumer"/"client" as defined under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel your contract for the Services within two to seven days from the date of placing your initial order for a Subscription ("Cancellation Period"), by using the "Cancellation Form" or writing to our customer care team or designated site administrators whose postal address is 350 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445, USA. If you cancel your contract for the Services during the Cancellation Period, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you.

All reimbursements shall be made to you within Three to Five working days using the same means of payment you used for the initial transactions (e.g, Credit Card, Debit Card) or ( PayPal Account) unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Cancellation rights under this Article only apply to your initial order for a Subscription and do not apply to Subscription renewals.

In agreeing to these you expressly request that we provide you with the Services immediately and within the Seven days statutory Cancellation Period.
